Why JK Wellness exists

People rarely experience wellbeing as a single, isolated issue. Stress can show up at work, at home, in relationships, in community life or during transition. Organizations can also create conditions that either support or strain wellbeing. JK Wellness exists to make support more practical and more responsive to context bringing individual wellbeing, education and organizational change into the same conversation.
