JK Wellness & Consulting Inc. is a
mental health, wellness and organisational consulting practice serving individuals, families, corporate and academic institutions, and religious institutions across the United States and Kenya.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Jane Kimani for several years and, more recently, the opportunity to work with her as a teacher with the HeartWell Institute. Over that time, I have come to know Jane as someone who brings tremendous warmth, compassion, authenticity, and deep insight to everything she does.
Jane has an exceptional ability to connect with people and to convey information in a way that puts them at ease and allows them to truly receive what is being shared. She has a thoughtful understanding of the experiences and challenges people face and creates an atmosphere of trust and respect, meeting people where they are and honoring culture and lived experience.
What stands out most to me about Jane is the humanity she brings to her work. She combines knowledge and skill with genuine empathy, wisdom, and a natural ability to help people feel seen, heard, and comfortable. I would recommend Jane wholeheartedly to any organization or community fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with her.
